Delivery

Full Circle orders are delivered by the Topeka Growers Group on Wednesday evenings between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. You don't need to be home during the delivery window. The order will be placed on your porch, and you'll recieve an email or text message when it's delivered.

Donated Bottles

Donated bottles are cleaned and sanitized, but some bottles (particularly laundry detergent) may retain the scent of the previous product. If you want to ensure that your product is truly fragrance free, the best way to do that is to select the "Refill My Bottle" option when you place your order.

Also note that the bottle you receive may not have originally held the product you are buying. That is, if you purchase 50 oz. of hand soap, it may come in a container that originally contained laundry soap. Typically, smaller quanitities of hand soap (8-12 oz.) do come in hand-pump bottles, but that may not always be the case. If you would like to ensure you receive a bottle with a hand pump, please choose that option when you place your order.

Bottle Size

We sell soap by the volume (fluid ounces), not weight, and we determine volume based on the bottle size.

Refill Process

If you choose to have us refill your bottle, you will be prompted to enter the size of your bottle (in fluid ounces) when you place your order. If you're not sure of your bottle size, use a fluid measuring cup to check. Leave out your bottles on Wednesday evening (by 5:30 p.m.), and we'll pick them up to refill. Orders of $24 or more will be returned to you the next week. Orders under $24 will be returned with your next Topeka Growers Group purchase--or the next week with a $3 delivery fee.
